The diving tower will be 21 metres deep and 16 metres in diameter.
The training pool is 4 metres deep and 36 metres in diameter.
The guest house is designed for cyclists and divers and includes a gastronomy and the Café NAUTICO.
The 40.000 squaremetres large property is protected and fully developed.
The business plan is elaborated and the operator is found.
